TiltWatch Plus

TiltWatch Plus indicates whether there has been tilt to the left or right, the degree of the tilt, or if complete overturn has occurred. TiltWatch Plus consists of three separate indicators in a single unit:

- One section indicates the degree of tilt to the left

- The second section indicates the degree of tilt to the right

- The third section indicates total overturn

TiltWatch XTR

TiltWatch XTR indicators help protect sensitive, high-value, or top-heavy goods by providing clear evidence when a package has been tilted beyond 85 degrees. Each indicator combines a visible sign of mishandling with passive XTR technology, allowing tilt events to be detected electronically as products move through receiving areas, warehouses, and distribution networks. The battery-free indicators work with standard UHF RFID readers and can be integrated into existing warehouse or transportation management systems.

By automatically identifying shipments that may require inspection, TiltWatch XTR can reduce receiving time and eliminate the need to visually check every indicator. The resulting electronic records help organizations locate supply chain trouble spots, improve handling processes, reduce product damage, and strengthen accountability from production through transportation and storage. TiltWatch XTR indicators can be installed using high-tack adhesive or secured with screws, nails, or staples.
